Kansas City AZA # 2 (also known “Two’s”) is the second oldest chapter in the Grand Order of the Aleph Zadik Aleph, a youth-led fraternal organization of Jewish teens. On Sept. 1, 1923, members of Omaha’s “Mother Chapter” initiated the first class of Two’s Alephs. The group was chartered as Kansas City AZA #2 on May 10, 1924 and was sponsored by Kansas City Lodge 184 of B’nai B’rith. In 1925, AZA was adopted by B’nai B’rith as its official youth program.
