The order of the Aleph Zadik Aleph held a regular meeting last Sunday at the Y.M.H.A. Alephs Dave Forman of Omaha and Jake Finkelstine of Lincoln were the guests of the local chapter. Phil Klutznick and Zolley Lerner of Nebraska University; Heim Wolberg of Illinois University; and Julius Peltzman and Henry Brown of Kansas University are at home for the Passover holidays.
Regular business of the day was dispensed for the purpose of administering the ritual to the new members. Those receiving the ritual were Joe Koralchik, Eugene Epstein, Nathan Aaron and Jacob Brown.
A charter will soon be granted by the Supreme Advisory Council for a Kansas City, Kan., chapter. The local ritual team will install the new chapter shortly. Plans are now being formulated for installation, which will be followed by a banquet and dance.
The A.Z.A.’s will have a hike starting at 7:00 from the “Y” Sunday, April 11. The program committee has planned some novel features for this event.
