Two’s AZA, the second chapter in the order of Aleph Zadik Aleph, is excited to announce the launch of its new website, Twosaza.com. The website launched on Sept. 1, 2024 — exactly 101 years after the induction of the chapter’s first class on Sept. 1, 1923.
The website was created be a source of information for members, alumni, parents and anyone interested in learning about AZA No. 2. The site includes news articles and columns written by members of the chapter, in addition to original photos and videos. You can learn all about the 101-year-old history of the chapter, check out all the Yom Kippur Queens and take a trip down memory lane with our Throwback Thursday section.
The site also highlights the great athletic history of Two’s, paying tribute to the many legends that came before us.
In addition, the site features information about the chapter’s new “If I Had the World To Give” campaign, dedicated to working to end hunger in our community. This year, Two’s is partnering with Mitzvah Garden KC, a volunteer-supported, nonprofit garden with 100% of their harvests going to local food pantries like After the Harvest, Safe Home and Jewish Family Services Food Pantries.
Two’s has previously published many fine and respected newspapers, such as The Lazy A, The Aleph Beth, The Rolling Papers and The North American Hyper Bible. Two’s, however, is the first chapter in Mid-America Region to launch a website. The chapter also has Twitter and Instragram accounts and a YouTube channel.
The website will have fresh content and updated regularly by the chapter’s web team, which will be led by Sophers Michael Furey and Judah Bassin.
“The website is a great vehicle and outlet to showcase the many great things that the boys are accomplishing right now, while at the same time embracing the rich history of the chapter,” Two’s Advisor David Wexler said.
Two’s did have a website message board in the early 2000s, but it didn’t last long. Two’s launched its Twitter account in 2013 and Instagram account in 2017; both remain active.
